Refunds
Contact Info@HugsToday.com with Refund or Return in the subject line. Provide your invoice or order number and account number if you registered an account. Please provide a reason for refund. We will respond with the next steps you'll need to take.
Also note: Customized products can't be refunded. Many of our products are not made until ordered.
We do not warehouse our merchandise. This lowers our cost and those savings are passed on to our customers. Our partners do not accept returned merchandise. If a quality issue arises we will do our best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. We hope you understand that often the quality simply reflects the quality of the original graphics. We will do our best to create something beautiful. We also welcome your feedback to help us improve our services.
Items on Sale are non-refundable. All sales are final for discounted products.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations when a partial refund may be granted. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery will not receive a full refund. This also includes any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons which are not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) In the event that you were eligible for a refund and 20 days has elapsed without it being credited back to you:
1. First check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take an additional billing cycle before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
